Market instruments representing the recovery and permanent destruction of high-GWP refrigerant, typically by thermal oxidation, at end of equipment life or from stockpiled and reclaimed banks.

Note

Mutually exclusive with dnt-int-cc:ReclaimedRefrigerant over the same kilogram: recovered gas is either destroyed or returned to service, never both.
