A date that passes without publication renders as overdue rather than silently flipping the work to published — which is the point of keeping forecasts out of the status derivation. The range is a single rdfs:Literal on purpose: multiple rdfs:range assertions intersect rather than union, so declaring date, gYearMonth and gYear would admit nothing at all. |
