Treatment and discharge of liquid wastes and sludge from industrial processes such as: food processing, textiles, or pulp and paper production. This includes anaerobic lagoons, anaerobic reactors, and discharge into surface waters. Industrial wastewater released into domestic wastewater sewage should be included under 4D1.
