Signed integer to subtract from a Provision’s schema:pageStart (the page number printed on the page by the publisher) to obtain its dno-std-p:pdfPage (its one-based page index within the PDF file). E.g. an offset of -2 means PDF page 5 is printed as page 3, typically due to unnumbered front matter. Records the typical offset: individual provisions may deviate where the publisher’s numbering is irregular.
