Override for whether a concept appears in the buyer-facing browse picker. Tri-state: absent means derive it (a concept is browsable when it, or a skos:broader descendant of it, carries an instrument tag); true forces it visible; false forces it hidden. Visibility is independent of reach — a hidden concept still participates fully in filter traversal. Every assertion is an admission that the derivation is wrong for this concept, so state the reason in a comment beside it.
